I just want to meet anyone of time lost so much weight that it became a piece. I want to know how, type excersice ball did and how they came to watch your diet? Because I am overweight (72 kg, 170cm tall), and I think i cannot have muscles and abs. so this might encourage me to lose weight, I hope:) Thanks! * Tell me a site where you can find if you know.
… What silly question. Of course there are men who have lost weight and very .. everyone looks much better once you are in a healthy size. Well, probably not was different than any other person exercising. Do lots of cardio, go to a gym to stay motivated. It's a way easier said than done, but not much more I can say or do.
